Payment Terms


At Connected Life Wellness, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent payment experience. Please review our payment terms before booking a service.


Accepted Payments

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.


Late Payments & Chargebacks

In order to secure your booking, payment for services is due at the time of booking. Failure to remit payment at the time of booking will cause you booking slot to be lost. Chargebacks and payment disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you experience any issues with your payment, please contact us before initiating a dispute at Info@ConnectedLifeWellness.com.


Supplemental Products

Payment for any supplemental products (such as binaural music, hapé, or other wellness tools) is also due at the time of purchase. These items are non-refundable once shipped or delivered.


By booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to these Payment Terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before completing your purchase at Info@ConnectedLifeWellness.com.


Cancellation Policy

At Connected Life Wellness, we value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.


If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session, no refunds will be issued. Missed appointments or no-shows will also be non-refundable.


We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring this policy. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible.


Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy
